The monthly regime (aka HOA) fees vary depending on which unit you're in. They range from $300 for the one-bedroom floor plans to $600 for the largest 3 bedroom unit. 

Amenities included as mentioned above are covered parking with 2 spaces (3 for the largest units). 24/7 Security/Concierge person, on premises maintenance engineer, swimming pool, club & fitness rooms, wifi, waste disposal, grilling stations, deeded storage and amenities deck. 

Costs Associated with ownership cover the following:

* Insurances for the building & HOA
